Terms & Conditions (T & C)

1. Service Scope & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all service bookings made through our website, telephone helpline, or WhatsApp channel for residential, institutional, or commercial properties located within Kanpur municipal corporation limits and surrounding industrial zones.

2. Booking & Dispatch Terms

Bookings are subject to technician availability. While our target dispatch time is 45 minutes for emergency requests within central Kanpur zones (Khyora, Indira Nagar, Swaroop Nagar, Civil Lines, Kakadeo, Kidwai Nagar), dispatch times may vary due to severe weather, high demand, or traffic conditions.

3. Inspection, Quotations & Customer Approval

No repairs or component replacements will commence without the client's express verbal or written consent after on-site diagnostic inspection. If a client chooses not to proceed with repair after diagnosis, a nominal inspection fee is applicable, which is fully waived if service is availed.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are strictly due immediately upon completion and testing of work. Clients may pay via cash or UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Net Banking) to the official ServiceWalaa authorized merchant account. Technicians are prohibited from asking for advance payments before inspection.

5. 30-Day Service Warranty Scope

ServiceWalaa provides a 30-Day Workmanship Warranty on labor and service faults repaired. If the identical problem recurs within 30 days, re-inspection and corrective labor are provided free of charge.

Exclusions from Warranty:

• Damage caused by severe voltage fluctuations, lightning strikes, or external water flooding.
• Tampering, dismantling, or servicing by any unauthorized third-party mechanic post our visit.
• Physical abuse, mishandling, or pests infesting freshly cleaned internal components.

6. Spares & Materials

All spare components supplied by ServiceWalaa carry the original manufacturer's replacement guarantee. Clients retain the right to inspect original packaging and part numbers before installation.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel any booking free of charge at any time prior to technician dispatch. If cancellation occurs after the technician has physically arrived at your Kanpur doorstep, a nominal travel dispatch fee applies.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of service agreements, billing, or warranties are strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
